Verizon names new CEO for Oath

CALIFORNIA, U.S. - After declaring last week that Oath CEO Tim Armstrong was in talks to leave Oath, Verizon Communications has now named a new CEO for the company. 

K. Guru Gowrappan, who is currently Oath’s chief operating officer has been named as the new chief executive officer of Verizon's media and advertising business, Oath.
